Business Keep’s approach was carefully structured to ensure the successful integration of Power BI with the company’s existing financial software and to address the specific financial needs of the organization:

 Initial Assessment:

We began with a thorough assessment of the company’s existing financial software, which included Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, a widely used solution in Saudi Arabia for managing financial operations. This assessment identified key data sources and integration points for Power BI.

2- Custom Integration:
Power BI was integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to enable seamless data flow. This involved connecting Power BI to Dynamics 365 via built-in connectors, ensuring that financial data could be pulled into Power BI in real-time. The integration process also included setting up data pipelines to automate the transfer of financial data into Power BI, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing the risk of errors.
